チルコメゾネット　- circo maisonnette -

東京メトロ半蔵門線駒沢大学駅から
歩いて徒歩３分の所にある『チルコ』。

The site of "circo" is just 3 mins walk from Komazawa station
on Tokyo-Metro Hanzomo line.



とても便利な場所にある『チルコ』ですが、
現在紹介している２階は全てメゾネットです。
メゾネットはメゾネットでも、ちょっと変わったメゾネットです。

Rooms on 2nd floor of the apartment are all maisonnette.
And most of them are NOT NORMAL maisonnette.



下の図で、上の二つは今までもよくあったメゾネットです。
普通のメゾネットは『リネア』や『マグリア自由が丘』や
『スラッシュ北千束』など。
お部屋の上にお部屋が重なっている積層型です。
クロスメゾネットは『レヨン』や『クレビス』など。
真逆の２方向に開口が欲しい場合に使われています。
一番下のメゾネットが今回のチルコメゾネット。
クロスメゾネットを横型にしたようなものですが、
お部屋の長辺に階段の吹き抜けがあって上の部屋が少し見えるので、
実際よりもお部屋を広く感じることができます。

Below is the diagram of several maisonnette.
First two have been seen often before on TPO.
Usual maisonnette is piled room type:
"linea", "maglia jiyugaoka","slash kitasenzoku"
Cross maisonnette is used for rooms that requires
lights from opposite direction: "crevice","rayons"
The last one is the maisonnette of "circo".
It's like cross maisonnette, but since the long side has
staircase which makes two spaces continuously,
you feel the room bigger than it actually is.



２０４号室は２階の開口が大きく、
１階まで十分に光が入ってくるため明るくてオススメ！

I recommend #204 for sunlight comes in from big windows
to the downstairs, and the room is very bright.



下の狭いと思うようなスペースも、
パソコンスペースや本棚スペースなど
意外と有効に使えるのも◎。

You might feel there's no where to put things,
but those small spaces can be actually used as
pc room or book shelf space.
