２人暮らしにぴったりなお部屋　- Great Room for Couples -

先日、JR中央線の中野駅からバスで１０分、
西武新宿線の沼袋駅から徒歩７分の所にある
『トリニテルージュ』の３０３号室が空きました。
ここは、私がカップルやお子さんがいらっしゃる
家族にものすごくオススメするお部屋の一つです。

"Trinite Rouge #303" is now vacant.
It is 10 minutes from Nakano station on JR Chuo Line by bus,
and 7 minutes from Numabukuro station on
Seibu Shinjuku Line by walk.
I very much recommend this room for couples and families.

まず玄関を入ると、テラコッタタイル貼りの空間があります。
北向きですが、ガラスブロックから入ってくる淡い光と
その脇にあるジャロジー窓から入ってくる風がとても心地よい
落ち着いた空間です。
旦那さんの書斎や、お子さんの遊び場にいかがでしょうか。
床がタイルなので、ベビーカーや自転車なども置けます。

First, when you enter the room, there is a space with
terra cotta tile floor.
The room is facing to the North, but it is very comfortable
space with vague light coming in from glass blocks and
fresh air coming in from opening on side.
This space can be applied as husband's study room or
children's play room.
As the floor is tile, you can put bicycles and baggy.

次に、二つ扉がありまして、片方はキッチンです。
広々としたシステムキッチンなので、使いやすさは抜群です。
コンロも３つあるため、大人数のお料理でも楽です。

Next, there is kitchen on right hand side.
It is big and useful enough to cook for many.

その奥の扉を開けると、３m以上ある天井と大きな窓がある
リビング・ダイニングに繋がっています。
こちらは南向きなので、日中はとても明るいです。
天井が高く、お部屋も８帖あるので、開放的です。

When you open the slide door on the other side,
there is a dining and living room with
more than 3m ceiling and huge window.
This room is very bright because it's facing to the South.
It's also very open and spacious too.

キッチンの上部が空いており、南北の風を通します。
大きな窓ですが、上部が手動で開けられる仕掛けがあり、
上空に溜まる熱い空気を逃がして風通しを良くします。

There is a space on top of the kitchen.
This space makes wind goes through South to North
or North to South.
There is a handle by the window which makes you allow
to open the window on top by hand.

次に、奥の扉を開けると寝室です。
ここも天井高が変わらず、上から下まで窓なので、
とても開放的です。
ブラインドで光や外からの視線を調節できます。

The room at the edge is bed room.
This room is very open too with glass window
from top to bottom.
You can control lights and sights with blinds.

お風呂やトイレの上がロフトになっており、
このお部屋からあがることができます。
あまり使わない荷物を置いておくのにぴったりです。

The space on top of the toilet and bathroom
is made into loft room.
You can use it as a storage.

いかがでしょう。
おもちゃが沢山あるお子さんがいても、
自分のデスクを家に欲しがるご主人がいても、
水廻りや生活の機能性を気にされる奥様がいても、
しっかり空間を分けて生活できる、
効率的な間取りなのです。
