プチ改修　- Small Renovation -

近頃プチ改修の多い『スクエア』ですが、
共用部や、コンクリートと木が作る空間の良さを大きく壊すことなく、
空室の設備を重点的に改善しています。

Vacant rooms of "SQUARES" have small renovation these days.
Without breaking good atmosphere that is created by
wood and concrete material,
equipments and water facilities are mainly revised and replaced.



例えば209号室のトイレ。
今まで３点セットだったトイレですが、
トイレをお風呂と分けた方が需要があるのではということで、
壁の位置を変えることで独立させました。
ウォッシュレットもついています。

For instance, the toilet in room #209 is
now divided from bathroom.
Also the washing device of toilet seat (washlet)
is exclusively attached.



それによってキッチンも移動しました。
新しく着いたキッチンシンクは足下に引出しが付いている等、
より一層収納が充実しています。
魚焼きグリルも付きました。

Kitchen layout has changed by separating toilet from bathroom.
SInk unit is replaced into new type, which has more cabinet
than before; such as foot level drawer.
Fish grill under the gas stove is also attached.



そして、部屋の中央にあった可動式収納家具を取り除いています。
ブラウン管のテレビを置くには最適のサイズなのですが、
近頃はその需要が少なくなって来ているためです。

TV cabinet that was place at the center of the room
is now removed.
It was great for putting cathode ray tube TV
but not many have this type of TV recently.



他にも床暖房を入れる等、設備を充実させています。
ただ、元々のお部屋にはその良さがあり、
改修をしていないお部屋を好まれるお客様もいらっしゃいます。
キッチンは以前のレイアウトの方がお部屋を広く使えたり、
可動式収納もお部屋を仕切るには使い易いからです。
壁の収納は相変わらずの充実っぷりで、収納は持ち込み不用です。

Renovated room has been added floor heating.
Although the are many remarkable small renovations,
previous style has its own good points.
Previous style of kitchen makes you feel the room bigger,
and the movable cabinet is pretty much useful
to divide the room as you like.
There is no need to bring in any cabinet
as there are enough space of closet at the wall.
