シーラカンスK&Hが設計した『HHH』という物件が、
永福町にあります。
1階と2階にはシーラカンスK&Hの事務所が入っています。

There is an apartment called "HHH" designed by
Coelacanth K&H Architects Inc.
in Eifukucho on Keio-Inokashira line.
1st and 2nd floors are their design office.



長方形のシンプルな間取りで開口部が大きいので、
事務所やアトリエ利用には最適です。
アウトレットも壁に沿って床に数カ所あり、
配線もすっきりできます。

Rooms are applicable for office use
as the plan is simply rectangular and
there are big openings.
There are some outlets under the floor
along the wall which makes you easier
to organize computer cables.



片面はピーコンの穴をそのままにしてあるので、
棚やフックとして利用できます。
もう片面は一直線の壁で、
机や本棚等をずらりと並べるにはぴったりです。

One side of the wall is left with
screw wholes (the ones appear
when concrete is constructed)
so that you can use them as
cabinet and hook.
The other side is simply a linear wall.
Great for placing book shelves and desks.



ポイントはお部屋の奥にある磨りガラス窓を
どのような空間として利用するか。
ぼんやり明るいので、
緑を置いてミーティングスペースにするも良し、
大きめのテーブルを置いて作業場にするのもありですね。

The key of this room is
how you can apply the space of
translucent window.It's blurry bright
and makes you feel calm.
How about placing some greens and
make it into a meeting space,
or it's also good to have a little bit
bigger table to use as a group working space.



お風呂場やトイレはすごく明るくて開放的です。
住居を事務所として利用するところは
どこもお風呂場を物置としてつぶしがちですが、
ここは光がサンサンと入ってきて明るいので、
思い切ってオープンに利用しましょう。
せっかくだから、ただ物を置くのではなく、
色々工夫してみてください。

Bathroom is amazingly bright with
direct sunlight from the south.
Most of the people who use residential
apartment as an office often close the
bathroom and turn it into a storage,
which is totally worthless in case of this room.
Please use a little time and brain to organize
this precious bathroom space if you make it
into a storage.



シンプルだからこそ融通が効くのですが、
シンプルであるが故に使い方に頭を使います。
家具で仕切ってお部屋を作れるくらいに広さがあるので、
住居としても快適に使えます。
